WE ARE...
A GENDER LENS ADVISORY FIRM
We advise companies on advancing gender diversity & inclusion within their organizations and supply chains and on integrating gender and climate risks throughout their business models.
ABOUT
Connecting Founders Pte Ltd. is a woman-owned advisory practice that operates at the intersection of gender and finance. We work with development partners, regulators, and financial institutions to integrate a gender lens into financial sector policy, products, and data so solutions work better for women.
The practice’s current advisory is grounded in years of direct work with women entrepreneurs, bringing firm-level and market insights to design and guide the implementation of inclusive financial sector strategies that reduce gender finance gaps.
From 2015 to 2022, Connecting Founders supported women business owners to scale through investment and business education (Money & More and Women in Business series), mentoring and networking, and tailored capital raising plans through a dedicated advisory arm.
Connecting Founders was a two-time recipient of the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) SME Award (2021 and 2022).
Registered in Singapore, the practice works across Southeast Asia and the Pacific and builds on prior engagements in Sub-Saharan and North Africa, Latin America, and Central Asia, bringing a wide-ranging, evidence-led perspective.
