EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE  

In order to be an effective leader, you need to communicate with empathy, take responsibility, inspire others, and to empower your team to be great. How do you create a high-performance team when there is conflict and differing personality styles? This workshop focuses on conflict resolution and being able to look at yourself by being more self-aware and managing your emotions. You will be able to identify your strengths/weaknesses and turn your weaknesses into something that you can manage and grow into. We will also discuss the pitfalls of communication and how you can be proactive rather than reactive. We will discuss real-live examples to understand how you can solve problems in the workplace and discuss strategies so that you and your team are more engaged and productive. More details.

MANAGING STRESS

We all live full lives and most of us are constantly juggling work and life responsibilities. This can leave us feeling overwhelmed and cause high levels of stress. How do we deal with that? This workshop will include relaxation skills, boundary-setting, sleep hygiene, and finding a healthy outlet so that you can have the work/life balance that you deserve.

NEGOTIATING WITH CONFIDENCE

This workshop will explore how to effectively apply the Principles of Persuasion in speaking and writing to move people to change and say “yes”. It will discuss the key elements of an effective negotiation and how to prepare for it, including the unique challenges that women face when they negotiate.
